Adjustable weighted vest with reflective strips

Descripción

This is a weighted vest meant to add extra resistance during workouts such as running, athletics or strength training. It is worn on the torso, and the weight is designed to be spread evenly across the body, which makes it more comfortable than carrying a load in one place. The straps are adjustable, so you can fit the vest to your own body, and the fabric is described as soft spandex. A reflective strip is included, which helps you be seen when training outdoors in low light. Before buying, check on Amazon which weight and size variant you are choosing, how the weight is divided and whether the vest suits your build. Start with a lighter load if you are new to weighted training.
